You retain ownership of all character data you create. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Stars Without Number is a trademark of Sine Nomine Publishing. This App is a fan-made tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Sine Nomine Publishing. Game rules and content referenced in the App are used under the terms of the Open Game License or are summarized for character creation purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will not be lost. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important character data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App's operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the cloud sync service for users who violate these terms. Local functionality (character creation and storage in your browser) is not affected by account termination.
