This is a guide to the app. Your game’s rulebook and your GM’s table rules explain how to play. “CWN” can also mean Cities Without Number; choose your table’s game when building.

Start with the right rules

Characters Without Number is the app. Stars, Worlds, Cities and Ashes Without Number are different games. Your choice determines which character options appear.

Try it

Choose the game your table plays. If you have a GM’s invitation, join the campaign first and create your character from there to use its rules.
